On the occasion of I talia in-attesa. 12 racconti fotografici, curated by Margherita Guccione, Carlo Birrozzi and Flaminia Gennari Santori at Palazzo Barberini in Rome, Silvia Camporesi realized a series of photographs inspired by the deserted surroundings of her Region, Emilia Romagna, during the epidemic emergency caused by Covid-19.
By approaching those places, Camporesi proposes a choral history of the current situation, while considering how the lockdown may have influenced our gaze and our perspectives on the everyday life.
The exhibition, promoted by the MiC and organized by the Ministry of Culture – Mibac and the Central Institute for Catalog and Documentation in collaboration with the National Galleries of Ancient Art, presented the photographic works of 12 authors.
